ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Jennifer, a UX research leader working at the intersection of human insights + design.

As the UX Research Lead at Away, I surface meaningful user insights to build a functional, friendly and accessible digital experience with teams across the Away business, and inspire people to travel more.

Prior to Away, I was a UX Research and Insights Consultant at C Space, where I helped brands build human-centric businesses by bringing them a deeper understanding of their users. My team and I partnered with Google to learn about digital culture, algorithmic implications and the future of Big Tech, which you can read more about here.

Before joining the UX world, I double majored in economics and film studies at Tufts University. In my personal time, you'll most likely find me reading on the subway, spending hours at local bookstores, exploring new running routes or CitiBiking my way through the city. I'm also a 200 hour-certified yoga teacher leading yoga classes throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

I'm a firm believer that by bringing clarity to invisible and systemic drivers, we can build a more empathetic, accessible and equitable world.

Stay a while, ask some questions, and let's connect!
